Cancellation policy
More than 6 weeks from date of course – 100% refund
4-6 weeks from date of course – 50% unless space gets filled.
Less than 4 weeks – no refund
In the event that we cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances, the course will be rescheduled promptly and you will be notified as such. Please note TT-OS cannot be liable for any additional costs associated with this.

COVID Cancellation policy
If delegate tests positive to COVID prior to the course, they are entitled to reschedule to the next course date. No refund will be offered. A positive PCR test will need to be shown to allow rescheduling.
