I was very anxious and worried about having the procedure but Mr Theodossy was extremely understanding and he gave me so much care and attention, he even changed my initial appointment on to another hospital to accommodate my anxiety needs for a more convenient time when I could have sedation. Mr Theodossy gave me lots of reassurance. After me worrying so much about the after pain and probably swelling none of these happened, I didn't even need a painkiller after the procedure. Mr Theodossy is a highly skilled, excellent oral surgeon. I had a complex, impacted lower wisdom tooth. Scans had revealed the wisdom tooth was very close to the nerve running in my jawbone, therefore there was a high risk the nerve could be damaged. Additionally there was a cyst, which had caused bone loss to the adjacent molar, meaning the cyst and that molar would also need to be removed. So the procedure was going to be tricky and I would need to undergo general anaesthetic. It goes without saying I went in with trepidation, fearing there would be damage to the nerve. Thankfully the operation was a success. I am delighted with the results and and feel very fortunate to have been in such safe hands. I’m very grateful to Mr Theodossy and would highly recommend.

I had an exceptionally smooth journey under the care of Dr Theodossy. From the point of booking to the end of my procedure and the follow up I felt very taken care of and prioritised. The process was smooth, the staff were very friendly and Dr Theodossy is a fantastic consultant. He ensured I was informed of everything. I was a patient of Mr Theodossy who performed dental surgery for the removal of three roots and bone grafting in preparation for implant placement. As these were back teeth, the roots were long and curved. The operation at the BMI Hospital in London was very successful. There was minimal discomfort and the gum has healed perfectly. Mr Theodossy and his PA Karen explained the procedure thoroughly. I was, therefore, reassured by their scrupulous attention to detail and the operation itself was calm and problem-free. Post-operative care was also exemplary and I experienced no discomfort whatsoever. I was extremely impressed by Mr Theodossy and his team and, needless to say, I am very satisfied indeed with the result.

From first consultation, through surgery, to follow-up, this was a relaxed and friendly experience. I felt confident I was in good hands, despite the trickiness of the work required, and my outcome, with minimal post-op pain and no loss of sensation, was everything I might have hoped for. Dr Theodossy and his PA Ms Edwards are efficient, kind and did a wonderful job on the procedure and organising everything from payment to aftercare for my wisdom tooth removal. If I had anymore wisdom teeth left I'd only use them. If I had to give them a rating I'd give them a 5 out of 5.

I just wanted to write a few words about Mr Theodossy. I needed to have two teeth extracted and needed to have them removed by a consultant oral surgeon. I was extremely nervous, having had bad experiences with dentists in the past. As soon as I met Mr Theodossy, I felt in safe hands. He explained clearly what this would involve and he booked a date for the procedure. I was really anxious on the day but, once again, he reassured me. I barely felt the local anaesthetic injections. Throughout the treatment, Mr Theodossy put me at ease. One of the teeth was difficult to remove as my dentist had drilled it away to almost nothing so there was very little for Mr Theodossy to hold on to. In the end he had to make an incision. I felt nothing at all. I was in the chair for almost an hour but I can honestly say that time flew! Mr Theodossy gave me clear instructions and a leaflet about the after care. When I went back to see him after 6 weeks, he said that my gums had healed very well. Mr Theodossy is a brilliant man who has restored my faith in dentistry. He was calm, patient, non-condescending and I have no hesitation in fully recommending him if you should need similar treatment. I am eternally grateful to him.
